    Inflexible pick up service when arranging a package to be sent. My pick up taking more than 6 days to arrange a priority service. Ok for delivery although if you work you need to arrange an alternative pick up place of be home all day.

    Not Happy. Had a missed notification card in mail box. Called provided number before 1200. Was told that item needed to be prepared for delivery as i would pick the item up from the depot. Provided and had my details verified. I was informed that i would be contacted when i could collect my parcel. I waited until 0900 this morning for information. I have just called the number again only to be told it would be another 2-3 hours before i would bet notification. NOT HAPPY

    For a "priority" parcel service, it can only be conservatively called: abysmal! We saw the Toll van pull up on our driveway and, as I started to go to the door to open it for the driver, he stuck a "missed you" card on our gate (not even in the letterbox) and drove off. We always leave via our garage and, had we not seen him doing it, we may not have seen the card for days - and that's if it didn't get blown away. Four calls later to their call centre and still no definite news of our parcel after 24 hours.

    As been said by many people if I could put -***** I would. Parcel at the depot on Thursday, no one bothered to deliver nor even advice to pick up, then 2 days of attempts to arrange pick up with totally useless call center with no luck as they don't know or don't want to tell you either phone number or address of it. And then knock on the door on Tuesday afternoon, so much for overnight delivery between 2 capital cities. NEVER EVER! going to use Toll Priority

    Delivery man didn't even knock the door, I was looking through the window, he threw the card in the letter box and went. I paid a premium amount to deliver at home, travelled 30kms one side to collect my parcel, which is another rip off and wastage of money and time. Disgusting!
