  Greg and I have had Andreas Haas looking after our property and tenants for years now and we could not have had anyone more committed to, and capable in his work and us.   The service is bad, the rental listings are sometimes out of date, his mother screens all his calls so don't expect to get something done or fixed with your property - tenant experience.

  Your property does not get advertised when it becomes vacant, you don't get invoices for work done on your property, extra money is taken for authorised fees, money goes missing or is unaccounted for - owner experience

  I have been a tenant of OZ Property on and off for 10 years, initially renting a two bedroom unit and then later on moving into a townhouse which I continue to rent but have purchased an investment property through OZ Property and they manage that for me too. The staff are friendly, happy people who care about their dealings with tenants and landlords. I enjoy dealing with them, I enjoy being a client of theirs and they are one of the nicest agencies that I have ever dealt with. Efficient, Supportive, Professional. I could not speak highly enough about them.
