  I don't usually leave reviews, but James at 'Mates Rates' Real Estate did a fantastic job and got me a great price for my property. I have previously had a terrible experience with a large agency, and was very wary. James did what he said he would do, made the house look great on the internet, and was much cheaper than the other agents quotes.

  James has been a supportive, professional and knowledgeable agent from day one. He provided useful and affordable tips for getting my house ready to sell and he treated everyone involved with friendliness and respect. He was able to negotiate an excellent price for me (and the buyer is happy too). He also negotiated a really great settlement period since the house sold in 5 days, selling a lot quicker than I thought it would. I am really happy with James and will recommend him to everyone selling their home. It seems too good to be true, or like you should be spending more to sell such an expensive item, but James does it all and more, for less. On a side, I spoke to several other agents from bigger real estate agencies and none were as easy to talk to as James and would have cost me thousands more. I guess it's obvious that I am thrilled with my experience in working with James! Thank you so much!!!

  James is one of those guys that are very rare in the real estate industry - he actually cares about what he does and how it does things. Integrity is incredibly important to James and that's the reason why I like working with him. James is one of those people you can trust unreservedly and he will always do his best for you, I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any of my friends or family.

  James of Mates Rates Real Estate is definitely the property agent you should be speaking with in Queanbeyan. Not only is his knowledge of the local real estate market excellent, his prices can't be beat! He is friendly, personable, knowledgeable and professional. More importantly he is honest. There is no 'real estate agent hyped up' talk here, you will get realistic advice and a thoroughly professional service. We have sold 2 properties through Mates Rates, and can't thank James enough for his efforts.
