  The lady with handkerchief on the head was very rude. She is lucky that the guy was good enough to compensate her attitude. She should not be working there. If she own the place, i recommend not to go there.

  The outlet is smaller, so don't expect all the different post packs out on display, but if you can't find something just ask, it's probably behind the counter.

  This has to be the worst post office in Australia. I've been there 3 times, twice I've walked out the service is that slow, the other time they couldn't find my parcel and didn't know what to do, the workers are hard to understand as there English isn't great. I hope I never have to go there again.

  Due to the smaller store size and they now also carry all the undelivered parcels for the Karabar area you can expect it to be a little disorganised. That said they've always found my parcels quickly.

  The woman who runs the place is a consummate professional, she's fast and knowledgable about all the AusPost facilities. She's also a lovely lady and friendly.
