  Called the night before a 5am pick up to the airport...no show. Called said they would be not long. Got a call 15mins later from the cabbie and he said he only just got the job...said he would be 10mins away...told him I was heading to airport and couldn't wait...with a newborn at home with my partner I was just lucky I had my mother come to the rescue....good onya mum...bad service Queanbeyan Taxi's...BAD.

  This taxi service was the best I've experienced in a long time. I was a little reluctant to use them because I had read a couple of negative reviews but because they were close to home I gave them a try.

  Great service. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Shame that more people don't leave good reviews when they get good service because I suspect everyone that had my cabbie would have got it.

  Appalling taxi service. I wouldn't flag them down in the street, and will never ring them again. Beware of this terrible service.

  The driver was at my doorstep within 5 minutes and was very pleasant to talk to. He was a good driver and made me feel really relaxed.

  Worst taxi service EVER. Rang three times while waiting for 30 minutes - each time told 'no delay', then 'he is a km away' and then '100m away'. The taxi base knew I was catching a train, and yet at no time suggested they send another taxi - EVEN after THE THIRD TIME I HAD CALLED, in obvious distress that I was going to miss my train.
