  Great! I went with Rumbles for a Canberra to Sydney move on the recommendation of a mate who did the same thing a few years ago. Nothing broken, and they were really careful with my piano which was very reassuring! Thanks guys!

  I got some quotes to compare, and Rumbles was pretty good, they arrived on the day and started talking about extra charges that I needed to pay. I was due to be interstate the next day, so how could I arrange an alternative?! I did pay, but they wanted the extra money in cash and didn't ever provide a receipt for it either.

  The quote was for 3 people to do the move in 8 hours. The 3 that arrived were pretty slow to get going and took breaks every time they thought they were out of sight. They took well over 11 hours and called in an extra guy to help. So I had to pay for extra time and extra people too.

  The move itself was sloppy and I've ended up with a bit of furniture that is marked and chipped. The director won't take my calls though.

  I used Rumbles for my move from Queanbeyan to Batemans Bay. I found their pricing to be approx 40 - 50% cheaper than quotes provided by two other companies. Better still, their staff for both the prepack and the actual removal arrived on time and with a positive attitude. The unpacking went well with no damages or breakages. I would have no problem recommending Rumbles to any of my friends or workmates.

  The owner is a child. 4 months after losing the bolts to my bed he still hasn't replaced them and is now ignoring calls from my phone. Stay away.
