    My daughter had to return plates after our car was written off. It transpired that she did not have the last signature and since it was not our home town it was going to be delayed even further. However, the lady at the registry desk was more than helpful and organised it to be faxed - so so pleasant. It really made an upsetting situation work. We are very grateful of the old fashion country kindness and service. THANK YOU.

    In the past three weeks on both my visits including the one only this morning, its to be honest been just appalling. Three weeks ago it was a 35 minute wait, with apparently a glitch in the system as to why my number wasn't called. Surprise surprise, mustve been another glitch in the system, with it occurring again. There were 5 staff present today, and with just myself and one other waiting it took 22 minutes to get 'served', Over it, and its just not good enough.
