  Doctor was rude and insensitive, didn't believe me when I asked for a temporary disabled permit because my chronic illness has relapsed badly and I struggle to walk any kind of distance. Asked me if I'd had a parking fine. Disgusting. However, the admin staff are lovely and do their jobs really well and were really kind and helpful when I lodged a complaint.

  I've been there a few times since moving to Queanbeyan recently. My experience has been good. The doctor I have been seeing is very professional and kind. The front desk staff are all efficient and accommodating.

  Very accommodating in terms of getting you in to see a Dr, they even let you book online. You may not get your preferred Dr, but you will see a qualified physician when needed.

  I had an appointment at 12.30 am. No one was waiting, only me.. after 30 minutes i decided to ask where the **** is the GP.. ??

  I've been coming here for several years, the team are pretty good. They're on the ball and despite a few bum steers, we've eventually got everything worked out. Nothing serious, just sporting injuries.

  I saw Dr Sleiman several times and every time he kept me longer to have a chat unrelated to my visit and then charged me for a long appointment. This is unethical and unprofessional.
